Terms of Service
Effective Date: Febuary 17, 2025
Welcome to Sprint Box Containers. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or purchasing a container, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Payment Terms & Anti-Fraud Policy
To ensure the highest level of security for our customers, Sprint Box Containers maintains a strict payment protocol.
Accepted Methods: We exclusively accept payments via Bank Wire Transfer or Credit/Debit Card through our secure corporate merchant portal.
Alternative Methods: ACH or Business Checks may be accepted upon prior approval for corporate accounts.
Prohibited Payments: We NEVER accept Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, or Cryptocurrency. Any request for payment via these platforms claiming to be from Sprint Box Containers is fraudulent and should be reported immediately.
Full Payment: All orders must be paid in full prior to the dispatch of equipment from our depots.
2. Container Conditions & Grading
Sprint Box Containers adheres to industry-standard grading (IICL).
New/One-Trip: Units are in near-pristine condition but may have minor “handling marks” from their single journey across the ocean.
Used (Cargo Worthy / WWT): These units will have surface rust, dents, and patches. These are cosmetic and do not affect the structural integrity or the “Wind and Water Tight” guarantee.
Inspection: Customers are encouraged to request photos or inspect units at the depot (by appointment) prior to delivery.
3. Delivery & Site Readiness
The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery site is accessible and prepared.
Space Requirements: Customers must ensure adequate clearance (100ft+ for 40ft units, 60ft+ for 20ft units) and overhead clearance (14ft–16ft).
Ground Conditions: The site must be level and firm (Concrete, Asphalt, or compacted Gravel). Sprint Box Containers is not responsible for trucks getting stuck on soft grass, mud, or uncompacted dirt.
Failed Delivery Fees: If a driver arrives and cannot safely place the container due to site obstructions or soft ground, the customer will be charged a “Dry Run” fee to cover fuel and driver time.
Property Damage: Sprint Box Containers and its third-party haulers are not liable for damage to driveways, curbs, lawn, or underground utilities (sprinklers/septic) caused by the weight of the delivery vehicle.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Pre-Dispatch: Orders cancelled before the container has been loaded onto the truck may be subject to a small administrative restocking fee.
Post-Delivery: Once a container is delivered and accepted on-site, all sales are final. If a unit is found to be non-compliant with the purchased grade (e.g., has a leak), Sprint Box Containers will repair or replace the unit at our discretion.
5. Limitation of Liability
Sprint Box Containers provides equipment “as-is” regarding the specific grade purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the container, including damage to stored contents.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert Your State, e.g., Texas], without regard to conflict of law principles.
